Hardware Warranty: The product has a six (6) month parts and labor warranty. If you have any hardware problems within the first six (6) months of purchase, return the unit to DryFire USA (shipping address - 1419 Big Stone Gap Road, Duncanville, Texas 75137) for repair.

Shipping charges: Customer pays shipping to DryFire USA and DryFire USA pays shipping back to the customer.

Software Updates: DryFire will provide all updates FREE of CHARGE to its customers as long as the method of obtaining the update is via a download from the DryFire web site.  If a customer requires a CD-ROM version of the update there will be a charge of $10.00.

The DryFire Guarantee": If after six (6) months of use, you can call and say,

"DryFire has not improved my shotgunning skills or my scores,"

DryFire USA will buy back the system for the same amount you paid.
